BIO
Nan has a general solicitor’s practice, which focuses on business law, corporate law, wills and estates, and residential and commercial real property. She has over 30 years of experience working with independent business clients in areas relating to incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholders agreements, purchase and sale of businesses and commercial financing. Nan’s practice also includes wills and estates and family law.
Nan has completed courses leading to certification as a mediator and arbitrator with the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society.
